Unfortunately precision was not able to solve my problem I have an old door and it is commercial grade. However I was pleased that the company’s communication was just as they said. There was no charge Carlos and Steve were on time did an eval and was honest about my doors needs. Thank you both I would still recommend these guys to any one

Unfortunately, I'm not pleased. Had a door installed today. The technician left nuts and bolts lay right in the doorway (driving area). Also, broken glass right where we will be pulling in. Plus children with broken glass is not good. The door itself is nice but doesn't have a handle or a lock. I have never seen a door without a handle or a lock.

The service was excellent and fast. However, the cost far exceeded what I thought was reasonable. I could have easily purchased both springs for under $100, and I'm confident that you get them even cheaper. That means that I paid $248 for a half hour of service. I realize that there has to be a profit on your part but not that much. A certified electrician or plummer doesn't come close to this hourly rate. I was very disappointed in the amount.
