I would highly recommend Tanner Mull as my technician .He is very knowledgeable, pays attention to detail of what you are interested in having repaired ,makes suggestion on parts that may be worn or looked damaged that you might not have been aware of ,offers different service options. The scheduling department is not efficient on appointments they cancel the day of your appointment and want you to reschedule or tell you the tech will be there at a later time there is always an excuse why they can't come on your scheduled appointment. Three of the 4 appointment were not my scheduled appointments.

I called a different company from the internet. Waited 2 hours to find out they didn't service this area. Called Precision at 6 pm on a Monday night. A Tech came within 2 hours. Very nice. No bull. Got the job done, fixed our garage door and didn't milk the clock. We will be using this company for all future garage door needs.
