The sticker for Precision was on the wall inside our garage when we bought our home. Therefore I trusted that it was a good decision on our part to call that number. From the time I called to set up the appointment I was treated respectfully through the technician who came to repair the door. We had to have the large spring above the door replaced and our guy did it all in about an hour! He was also very good at explaining the whole process and walked me through the tests at the end showing me all was working very well. Don't hesitate to call this company!!

I had an emergency where my door was stuck open. They squeezed me in the same day. I was so impressed with the text updates and the profile and picture sent of my tech. Our spring snapped and I was able to schedule next day service, which is amazing. We ended up getting a whole new system and Kevin did a great job with the install. It wasn't a planned expense but now I don't have to worry about the garage door not working in the middle of winter. Especially with the lifetime warranty!
