Excellent all around. I was able to schedule my appointment in two days. The texts and emails from Precision keep me informed. The tech called me to see if he could arrive early, which was great. He installed a new, replacement garage door opener, which I love. The coupon made the price less than I paid from Precision for my other door 8-10 years ago. Very happy.

I would rate higher than FIVE STARS if I could. I have done business with Precision twice now (Openers - 5 years ago) and Today (New Dual Garage Doors). The Tech Kasey called the day before to schedule a workable date/time which in our case was the next day. He called before he arrived and indicated he was on his way. When he arrived on time, introduced himself and told us what he was going to do, how long it would take, and answered any questions we had. He worked in the heat and humidity and finished on time. He reviewed what he had done, again answered any questions we had. Very pleasant, hard working, knowledgeable man. Our doors look fantastic, the street look adds both beauty and value to our home which we will continue to love for hopefully years to come. Great Job Kasey and Precision!

Great job. Installer actually was able to install the door the way I wanted it He installed it a little different than the sales person had suggested this saved me from relocating the lights

Gary and I chose precision for the peaceful feeling of honesty from our salesman. He was knowledgeable and professional. Chuck our installer was so professional and demonstrated all the necessary things about the door. The doors speak for themselves, the brown is a wonderful contrast to our white brick and compliment our home. Thanks again we lov them and I would highly recommend them again.
