We selected Percision because we have had them at our house before and was pleased with the work and the very kind people that work there. Our tech Justin was very nice and explained to us what the problem was with our door. He was not able to complete the job today because he did not have the parts with him but told us when he would be back to complete the job. He was able to get our door to close which was a huge blessing considering it has been open for 3 nights which worried us. We could tell he is very knowledgeable with his job and we are pleased to have him complete our job.

Excellent experience! Nobody likes to have their garage door stop working, but to have it completely repaired and done swiftly and courteously was wonderful. I can only tell you this company is #1 in my book. The technician was pleasant, helpful and ready to answer any questions I might have.

Our spring went on our garage door, and we had an ad from Clipper Magazine from this company. They were called and Ben came out the next day and replaced it. It didn't take too long and we saved the service call fee. That was a nice surprise! We were really happy that the fix was fast and didn't cost a lot. Ben was professional and everyone we dealt with was also. We highly recommend this company to all who need them, and intend to use them in the future when we need garage help.
