When I called, I told the person I spoke with three times that this was a commercial, rolling steel door. I gave her the business name and address. When the technician arrived, he took one look at the door, said they didn't service rolling steel doors and left. An entire day wasted when I could have called someone else to fix the door. You may want to educate your employees on the services you provide.
