Damon was my service technician. He knew exactly what to do to resolve my issues. When he did an inspection of the parts to the garage door, he noted a part that would benefit from replacement and one that will need replacement in the future with an estimated timeline. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and defiantly did not push any service, he even did little extras, like assisting me with getting my garage programed to my vehicle remote. Great service, great experience!!! Would defiantly recommend to all!

Aaron couldn't have been nicer - explaining each step and all that he was going to do. The repair was not straight forward and yet he accomplished it with seeming ease. My call was attended to very professionally and Aaron was on the job the next day at the designated time. I did not have to wait for 8 hours as another company indicated, but rather just a two hour window. So convenient for me. Thank you.
