Precision provided excellent service. They were prompt with the initial service call and were able to come out same day. Given that things ultimately were not working as smoothly as they did before, they made 2 other visits in subsequent days to attempt to resolve the issue further. Ultimately, things did get fixed and are working better than they are before. Would highly recommend!

Excellent response to a garage door that would not open due to a broken spring. Very pleased with the whole experience. We thought about a new door opener before today's problem and decided to have it replaced too while Carlo the tech was already here. The new opener is quiet and works very well.

Precision provided swift response. I received an assigned service technician, Cori Merkel, early next morning from an afternoon phone call. She was extremely knowledgeable thoroughly addressing all issues. She identified an a sundry of possible defects causing irritable track snags that I overlooked. She has a fantastic personality, hard worker and just a lovely person. I was given multiple quote options to resolve my problems that included future preventive maintenance.

I'd give it zero if I could. I specifically asked if I had to pay a service fee even if it took 24 hours to fix my door - the website say "no service fee if not fixed within 4 hours." I was told there were no unnecessary fees, but couldn't confirm until well after he left because he had to send me an email receipt.

Excellent service. My garage door opener needed to be reprogrammed and they were at my house within 3 hours of calling on a weekday. Friendly tech, fixed the problem in moments, and inspected and lubricated my door. Very nice experience.

When our garage door spring broke the day after Thanksgiving and left us unable to access our garage from the outside I Googled garage repair companies in the area and found Precision Door Service with highly recommended reviews. I called and talked to a live operator - no touch tone nightmare (kudos to your company for that). We were able to get an appointment for the very next day - Saturday after Thanksgiving which we were very pleased about. Technician, Marcus Martin, came to fix our garage door springs. Precision Door Service came to our house within 6 hours of my call to repair the outside garage door opener. This was a very pleasurable experience. Forgive me but I believe his name was Rob. He was nothing but professional. There wasn't a thing that he couldn't tackle. We new the spring broke but he did much more than that. What he fixed were things that I just would never, ever lol, get around to let alone fix. Every time I asked him if he could do something else he was all over it. I could only wish that all of my calls for someone to repair something would be like him. Lets call it perfect. I stood by him the whole time thinking I might just learn a thing or 2. He was very thorough and I believe he would be a great mentor to someone new in the business. I almost hope something else happens so I can call him again Lol.

I give Precision Door the highest rating If I could give my technician, Marcus a 10 I would. I have had many workers come to my home for a variety of home improvements and Marcus was in the top 1%.
