The technician that came to my house was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. The repair I requested was finished very quickly. He pointed out some other repairs they would be needed in the future but in no way pressured me to do them now. I will definitely use Precision in the future.

Came home at 3:15pm, closed the garage door and then heard a loud bang. The spring had broken. Called Precision Door, and by 8:00pm that same day, had my door working perfectly once more. The service tech Tim and his trainee partner Casey, were very polite and professional. I do recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any type of garage door work done. I would give them 10 stars, but they only allow 5.
