Ended up calling Precision Door after reading a review from a dear friend who gave your company 5 stars! Your technician, George shared his recommendations and showed me frayed wires he replaced as well as the worn keypad! Very knowledgeable young man! I’ll also recommend Precision Door to my HOA!

I gave him $40 cash and he said he would email me receipt. But he didn’t. The $40 was for the safety inspection. That he passed everything, but did not do any inspection. We scheduled you to come fix the rubber cracked seal. But he didn’t have the seal to replace on his truck. Needs me to call and reschedule another visit. Said to ask for him and he would know what to bring. Honestly. Because he took the cash and didn’t do an inspection and didn’t have product to replace on truck, when we specifically requested service for that reason, I am feeling uncomfortable with him. I had asked for Brian, because I trust in him. This Joey was a nice guy, but didn’t do anything and was not prepared, and took cash without sending the electronic receipt. Just too fishy for us. I took off work and now have to take off work again. I called your office to report and asked for manager to call me back.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Door Service. They are so true to their word regarding same-day service. Also, I was very impressed with my service tech, David Kovach. After careful examination, he was able to make some adjustments so my door operated correctly. But, as things would have it, my garage door did not operate right the next day. So, I contacted Precision Door Service and David returned. I did not feel safe with my current garage door and the problems I was having with it, but David was able to replace the garage door opener system fast and efficiently and at a reasonable cost applying any available coupons. My door now runs so quiet and smooth compared to what I was used to. I feel David is a definite asset to Precision Door Service. He was very easy to talk to and understand. He made a stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision Door Service to any and everyone having garage door issues. You have made me a customer for life.

We just moved into a new home with a pre existing precision garage door. Needed to start up a routine “tech safety check” and have the code changed on the front main garage door. Your tech Brian changed entry code for us, and programmed two additional remotes that we purchased today. He upgraded our key pad, and performed safety check. Brian said he is going to come back in a few months. It will be warmer for us to move things out of the backyard lower level garage. Then Brian can change our old craftsman’s garage door opener in backyard garage. Brian was professional, knowledgeable, sociable, friendly, and had great ideas to help us. I love him, and feel confident in his ability to maintain our systems.

We had an issue with our garage door and Carlo Zanetti came out to inspect and fix what was broken. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use Precision Door Service again and would ask for Carlo.

I needed same day repairs. The technician was pleasant and very competent. He fixed the problem within 2 hours. The door works better than ever and doesn't squeak much at all. Both springs on the 2 car garage had broken and he knew exactly what to do and had the needed parts in his truck. It was a good experience.
