He provided a quick diagnosis, fixed the problem and checked everything to make sure it was aligned and working correctly. I had a great experience with the Precision Door team. Denise and Liz were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind on the phone. They got Tyler here same day to figure out what was wrong. He was great to be with and went came up with a variety of solutions at different price points. Then he came two hours before his day was supposed to start to fit me into his work day. These folks really want happy customers, and I am grateful.

On installation day for garage door opener…..appointment was on time as usual. Tyler was efficient, courteous, very helpful. Excellent job performance.

Matthew Lawrence came and quickly diagnosed the problem and made recommendations for the work needed. Honest, personable and knowledgeable as well as right on-time. Great service. Work will be done next week and want to make sure he is the person who comes back. BTW - He even drew from his past and gave me advice on how to replant my front beds!

What a great service! After one of our 20 plus year old door openers shorted out, we called Precision and the whole process was super fast and easy. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and Jared came with all supplies needed in the Precision truck. He was here for under 3 hours and installed two openers, keypad and took away our old equipment. A pleasure!
