Brian was fantastic! He discussed the various options for the garage door. I chose to get a new garage opener and boy, is it a to of the line garage opener. Brian took his time to go over everything and help me set up different things for optimal service with the garage opener. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Services for any garage issues. We chose Precision Overhead because of their great reviews. We were not disappointed. Brian B was polite, knowledgeable and explained many options we had despite our very old system (40 years plus). He came prepared to do the work we wanted at this very first service call. We will have him back in a couple of weeks to do the other garage door. I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors to anyone with any kind of garage door problem. They can help you.

Everything they say on their website, they do. It was nice to speak to a live person to make an appointment and to recieve a phone call 1/2 hour before arrival so I could go my day rather than sitting around waiting. My door needed a tune up as well as a new opener. Everything needed to complete the job was on the truck. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient. Answering all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. I would happily highly recommend using Precision.
