I called Precision this morning to come look at my garage door opener that was not functioning properly. Initially, I was scheduled for the next day. I received a call back to let me know that someone could be out this afternoon. I gladly accepted. Jesse arrived at 1:00 pm and set about inspecting the garage door. Unfortunately, a spring had broken and required replacement. As much as I was not happy to hear about the expense, I was very satisfied with Jesse's explanation and suggestions. He completed the job very quickly! He was friendly and professional. Thank you Jesse!
