Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was attracted to your Sat appointments and emergency service. My only complaint would be that you should inform your call center that they should book appointments for "the window" even if customer may not exactly be available provided technician calls ahead. If customer understands that when technician calls and customer is not home then the customer will need to rebook their appointment and technician can skip over to their next appointment on their roster. Call center refused to do this which really made no sense b/c usually technicians are running slightly off schedule. It all worked out b/c I was given a Sat appointment and there was no stress at all. HIGHLY recommend Precision.
