I purchaed a new garage door (manual, without electrical opener). Installer called me around 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived promptly. After going over what he was to do and asking if I had any questions, I left him to do the job. He said a typical installation takes 2-3 hours. A bit before the three hour mark, he called me to let me know he was finished. He went over all he had done and showed me how to work the lock. I asked him if he could add a handle to the front bottom of the garage door; he said no problem and this was completed in less than 5 minutes. All-in-all, service was prompt and courteous; very satisfied.

i an very pleased with the services provided to me by Precision. Right from the start, it was easy to make an appointment and the repairman was conscientious and professional, especially considering our current state of affairs with COVID-19. I was informed of the issues and given all my options. I had anticipated a complete replacement and got a solid quote which I agreed to. My tech repaired my door and thoroughly explained what he did to repair my door and everything I was to receive/expect with my new replacement door, motor and keypad. it was less than 2 weeks when they called yesterday to let me know my my door was instock. It was installed today. The tech today was also very pleasant and professional. He worked diligently and installed the door in under 4 hours. My garage looks cleaner than when he started! I love it! it is so quiet. Thank you Precision!

Precision was the 2nd quote I received on a new garage door and I'm very glad that I went with them. Luke, the tech who came out, was knowledgeable and thorough every step of the way. I have a low clearance garage and he was spot on with measurements and the best door options. Malik and Anthony who did the install were just as particular and I appreciated being in the loop. You might think it's "only a garage door" but there's a lot that goes with the purchase. It's reassuring to have a professional outfit with a great product - and even better communication. I will highly recommend Precision from start to finish! The quality of the garage door and the long warranty proves they stand behind their product.
