Precision Door Service were quick to respond and I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hrs. The mechanic, Luke, was professional yet friendly and was able to fix my garage door the same day. I really appreciated him listening to what the issue was, thoroughly assessing/explaining the problem, and then offering multiple options with different price points depending on my needs and wants for the garage door. Before the technician arrived we received a text that included his name and picture, informing us he was on his way. This is is a great touch. The technician, Robert Gonzalez, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and presented multiple options and answered all our questions. Once we made our decision, he was able to complete the job the same day. All around a great experience! I would definitely recommend Precision ????

What can I say? The serviceman that took care of our garage door issue, Luke, was the embodiment of customer service. From the moment he came in to our driveway until his departure, his professional, courteous, confident and honest attitude was very reassuring and quite honestly like something unheard of in this day and age. He explained the situation as it was, and did not talk down to us. He told us what he could and what he couldn't do and how much it would cost. He gave us a time estimate and was within only a couple minutes of hitting it right on the money. The products he installed were far superior to what we had and he made sure that everything associated with the door, the opener and the remotes functioned properly. I cannot say enough good things about this man; only that if the other servicemen in this company are like Luke, they have an outstanding staff. If I could give 6 stars I would.
