Called for a repair, tech was 3 hours past the window and then seemed annoyed that he came all this way for a simple repair and even asked why we didn’t call the person who actually installed the doors. Not a great first time experience, however he did fix it and go as far as to make adjustments that weren’t part of the repair but were needed.
