This team is truly professional. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for 2 new garage doors that had to be replaced due to old age. They were on time, and easy to talk to, and the technician who installed the doors was an exceptional individual. He did the job in a few hours and made sure everything worked correctly before he left. I am very grateful for their expertise and I will trust them in the future should I need further assistance. Tech informed me of my troubles with the Machanics of my pulley system etc. was on point explaining everything with profession and expertise...felt I was learning (who knew) ball bearings and all his suggestions made sense. We had a technician, Jared, come to the house to fix a broken spring. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We ended up buying three new doors and three new openers. Jared took the time to explain everything I needed to know about purchasing new doors and openers. He also did a great job fixing the door. I was extremely happy with Precisions service!

Free estimate performed by Luke was clearly defined for proper replacement of existing 16 footwide by 8 foot high garage door. Options were specified and written out for considerations. Apparent measurements were made for replacement in _-_near future. Luke was very detailed in his knowledge of products and safety.
