Matt L. was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My old system was replaced by a new Genie garage door opener. Matt explained everything he was doing as he installed the system and how the new system worked. When he was finished, he also asked if I had any questions or a problem should arise Percision could always be contacted. By a stroke of luck, I chose Precision Garage Door to help me when my garage door suddenly stopped going up. The service man who came to diagnose the problem, Luke, knew immediately what was wrong and explained it to me clearly. He gave me some options to choose from concerning the repair and advised me of the wiser option. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied. The door opens better the ever.

Top of the line LiftMaster openers add to the satisfaction by being able to open the doors from anywhere in the world and they are ultra-quiet!! Highly recommended!!
