I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing garage door servicing. The technician was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job fixing our garage door. In fact, it works even better now than when we first moved into our home three years ago! We needed a new garage door opener. We called Precision based on their BBB rating and their great reviews. I'm glad we did. Our entire experience from start to finish was great. We received text updates letting us know what to expect and when our technician would come. Ethan our technician was awesome. He explained everything to us and gave us different options to choose from. He installed the garage door opener quickly and efficiently. And then he explained how to use it and all the buttons and what they were for. He was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended...

The service technician Luke was wonderful. He quickly identified the problem with the broken garage door and explained exactly what was needed to do the repair. A new cable and rollers plus brackets were installed. I asked him to inspect the other garage doors and he recommended new rollers for one of the doors. All the work was done professionally- I can’t believe how smooth and quiet the doors sound now. Thank you so much for a great experience!
