Robert came out to repair my garage door, which had a worn pulley and rollers went off track. He was professional and informative. He told me about what a new door would costs and did not try to scare me into replacing the whole thing. When the time comes for a complete replacement, I will call Precision. Robert left me feeling comfortable with their work. Great guy!

Luke was great! He arrived on time and was able to quickly assess the situation. He clearly explained what was wrong and provided me with my options. Luke walked me through what he would be doing and shared proper maintenance tips to keep my garage door working properly. He was also able to answer all of my questions and was very friendly.
