Brian came to my home because I was having problems with my garage door opener. Brian installed a new garage opener with a bottom camera. He also changed out the door sensors and keypads all included in the same price. His work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Doors, their work is excellent and done by a professional. Brian helped me program my cars and setup MyQ app. You won't be disappointed!

Jessie was a great tech and a pleasure to work with. He was able to quickly diagnose the circuit board issue with my door motor as well as to provide all the necessary service for my door components. No hard sell for extra work and was done within the hour! Very happy I called precision.

The serviceman was excellent and described what needed to be done. I was however misled by the office with regard to my warranty. I was told when I purchased my garage door opener and repeated at the time I made the service appointment that I had a 10 year warranty on all safety components of the opener. When it came to the repair, the electric eye and wiring which reverses the door should there be any obstruction was not part of the safety unit and not covered. My bill was over $200. I would advise anyone purchasing a product from Precision to get a part by part itemized explanation with regard to its coverage

The technician Jared W. called prior to arrival, arrived on time, was extremely professional, assessed the condition of my garage doors, made a recommendation without pushing any products I did not need, presented me with best options avail to solve my problem at a reasonable price. Jared installed a new motor, programmed 2 remotes. He's very skilled at his work. extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy.
