Lou was the technician who came to my house. Prior to his arrrival he called to tell me when he was arriving. I then received a text giving me detailed information about who was coming to my home and a picture of him. I was extremely please with knowing who was coming to my home. He was very knowledgable and gave me options on what could be done to fix my garage door. I would reccommend this company to anyone

Thanks guys. Brian was our tech and did an outstanding job. We are in the process of selling our house and of course the garage door decided to conk out. Brian was very helpful in trying to get a refurbished motor I bought on Ebay mounted, but it turned out the 'refurbished model's wasn't very refurbished. Brian took his time to install the 18 year old motor, had all the parts and then pointed out why it wasn't functioning. We them decided to bite the bullet and install a new motor. Brian was quick, efficient and amazingly pleasant. Precision, you folks made the right choice in hiring Bruan and we made the right choice in hiring you. Your company was very professional in every aspect of the process, completed the job in the same day and followed up immediately. The cost btw was quite reasonable.
