Hello, just want to let you know how disappointed I am. While I’m an existing customer I was charged and my service charge was not waived, until I called company an they only reduced half of service charge, your man was rude in telling me to go upstairs while he did work on door. I’m installing another motor on my other door but will not consider you for the job.

This was my first time using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service (New Windsor NY). Both garage doors were opening/closing on their own at 3:30 am!!! Service Tech Ferdinand arrived promptly the following morning. Very polite and respectful. Ferdinand provided a sound approach to resolve this unique problem. I was very impressed with the workmanship performed by Ferdinand! I would also like to compliment Precision Overhead Garage Doors (New Windsor NY)...they are doing everything right with their business approach and especially for their Customers!
