I highly recommend Precision for all garage door repairs. My technician, Luke, was extremely professional, explaining each step of the way and why I had problems. I decided to have him replace the spring in the good garage door as well. He called in advance of the appt. to tell me he was on his way and I received reminder emails the day before my service appt. Best customer service ever.

I couldn't be happier with the service. I usually go with vendors recommended by friends and family. Theyre reliable and most important punctual. My technician was Brian he was informative, polite and patient showing me every phase of the operation and left the area clean and neat. I ordered a second door the next day. Highly recommend!!!

The service was beyond amazing. Called Saturday afternoon and Precision had their technician Jesse come by the following day. Jesse was both courteous and knowledgeable.
