Jesse arrived not long after I hung up the phone. He knew everything, explained everything, and did everything. I watched each step and asked a lot of questions. He told me clearly why my old system could no longer be repaired and he transparently presented the pricing options. He was also fun to talk with and is the kind of employee a lot of businesses would love to have. I doubt that Precision is the least expensive provider, but they respond quickly and are absolutely reliable. I would automatically use them again.

Technician did not detect the problem. I did. If I had listened to him instead of questioning his rationale, I would have ended up spending $250-$500+ to install brand new equipment he was trying to sell me.
