A few months ago we had Precision Overhead Door repair our garage door. The door, installed in the 1960's, needed a number of new parts and it took a few hours. Following that, the door usually needed a little "human help" or it would not close and would go back up. When I called to arrange another repair the person pulled up a record of the earlier work and we set a date. The technician, Anthony, arrived as scheduled and, within about an hour, had made the adjustments. The door works perfectly and is more quiet than ever. When I was asked to sign for the work, I asked what the cost would be. His answer, "Nothing, we have a warranty and you are being charged nothing, that's who we are."
