I posted this review on Google, but I will post it again. Daniel Flores was the service tech that came to fix my noisy garage door. Dan did his inspection of the garage door. He asked how old was this door and I said 10 years. Dan then suggested to replace the springs and pulleys since the springs may have lost its pulling purpose. So instead of just doing the springs I changed the pulleys with the springs. Dan did the work right on the spot. Dan had all the stuff he needed on his truck. When Dan finished his work I have to say the garage door now works like it was just installed. I have to say Daniel Flores did a great job on fixing the door.

The technician, Matt was very timely, skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. He professionally assessed and repaired several problems with my garage doors; including replacing bottom gaskets and sensor openers, hinges, pulley wire and lubrication, etc. My garage doors run more smoothly and quietly than ever. Had an overnight problem with a runaway door. Requested a service appointment first thing in the morning on the website and the problem was fixed by 11am the same day. Fabulous! My old Craftsman garage door opener was on it's last legs and finally went out on me recently. I called Precision not knowing what to expect and it ended up being a great decision. Jared showed up to my house in a timely manner and was extremely professional, friendly, and insightful. After talking with Jared I opted to get a new opener since my current opener was VERY old. The best part is Jared was able to install the new opener on the spot! I totally didn't see that coming. Better yet, he was able to get the old opener swapped out and the new opener up and running in no time. This was my first experience with Precision and it will definitely not be the last! I highly recommend Jared and the Precision team!
