The work was done expertly and courteously. The technician carefully explained the options and costs available to me. He finished the job within the estimated time and even helped to program our car's Homelink system to the new opener and return some heavy items to their original spot in the garage. The only complaint is that the instruction manual and remote operators were not handed to me upon his departure, but instead left on a shelf in the garage. Also, there might have been more attention used in cleaning stains from the walls arising from the installation process.
