When I called Precision Garage Door, I was given an immediate appointment with Isaac Ward who evaluated the problem, explained my options in detail and was able to do the necessary repairs on the spot. I am so pleased with the outcome - that I only needed cables, pulleys, rollers, springs, reinforcement bars for the huge vertical crack, and that I didn’t have to purchase a new door! Isaac also took the time to patiently assist me in downloading a garage door opener app to my cell phone since one of my remote openers was malfunctioning. Thank you, Isaac. Highly recommend!

First time issue with garage - spring broke. Looked local and found Precision. Reviewed website and was satisfied with information. Called in evening and appt made for next day. Guys were great. Review problem, explained what can be done, provided cost breakdown and that it could be done that day. They had all materials. They did a great job! We very friendly and walked through all they did. No mess! Wish cost could have been little better for work. Think it was a bit costly. In the end I was happy to have no problem.
