We ere sent emails with updates and pictures of the technicians before they arrived at our home. Excellent experience from start to finish. Our calls were returned promptly and the appointments were on time. Jesse provided us with plenty of options to replace both of our aging garage doors and openers. More importantly, he worked with our budget, and found us the options and color we wanted. Anthony and Rick arrived promptly on installation day and preformed a clean and timely installation. They removed all of the old doors and hardware and did a professional installation. No issues, no problems, which is usually not the case in our older home. Lastly, the doors were top quality. The color and design matched our home and the thickness and insulation we wanted fit perfectly. Overall a five star experience. Thank you to all at Precision Garage Doors.
