We had a great experience from beginning to end… both communication and service. Door broke at 7pm.. made an appointment online that same night.. there was a technician at our house the next morning. The tech was super polite and knowledgeable.. and was able to fix our door on the spot. Highly recommend.

We were trapped …. Car was in the garage and there’s no way for me to get it out!!! found Precision’s number and called at 10 pm on a Friday night - they picked up and were able to make me an appointment for the next afternoon. Our technician Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, and very quick to diagnose our problem and fix it. I highly recommend precision to anyone who needs a garage fixed….
