10/28/23 Saturday afternoon a torsion spring broke on my garage door. Called Precision, and had Matthew arrive as instructed. He called ahead, while in route, and gave me an eta . Matt was very professional and made my options transparent and hassle free to choose for my repairs. Excellent service ,clean, punctual, and reasonable!

Double those 5 stars! There are not enough wonderful things to say. Jesse P. was most courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained the process and went right to work. He thoroughly explained the problems with the doors (some wiring) that were unexpected and fixed the problems. As a senior citizen I appreciate all the procedures you have in place so that I felt very secure about you service. Thank you.

Thankfully I received a flyer from precision at the same time the spring broke on my garage door. I called yesterday and a technician was scheduled to arrive today to repair the door. It was much appreciated that I received a call indicating that they were in route to my home as it gave me time to put the dog away. I was very impressed with the technicians, Jared and Malik. They were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job and the door works as good as new! I would definitely recommend this company and I would not hesitate to contact them for future repairs. I can’t speak for the other technicians but Jared and Malik were top notch! Thanks again!!
