Issac was my tech. He showed up on the earliest possible time which was great, I guess i was his first stop. Issac carefully explained everything he was going to do and asked my input about a few details. He began the installation and before I knew it he was done. He walked me thru the installation, which looked great and explained the warranty. He left the garage very clean and was friendly and courteous.

Luke arrived exactly on time ( just 3 hours after I called for repair). He replaced our keypad and programmed our remote controls. He made a suggestion that we keep a lower wattage bulb in the opener to avoid a signal malfunction. He was pleasant, professional and skilled. Additionally, he added a senior discount to our bill. We will call Precision again for our yearly maintenance service. Go, Luke and Precision!

One word: THRILLED! I called on a Saturday and had an appointment for the next day. I love that I received a photo and the name of the technician who was coming to my door. No surprises. I received a call asking if I would accept and earlier service call (on a Sunday morning!) and by 10AM, Jesse was at our door. He was polite, courteous, immediately identified the problem with our dead opener and gave us several options as to how we could proceed. He was great about letting us decide and did not automatically push for the most expensive option. We needed to replace the operator, but opted to replace the springs, wheels, cables - everything but the rails. My elderly father was amazed! In two hours, everything was done and better that ever. I would and shall recommend this company to everyone.
