Our garage door opener malfunctioned and we noticed that a cable had snapped. We called Precision Door to repair it and we are very happy that we did! We hadn't previously done business with them but, after reading online reviews we decided to contact them. After we scheduled an appointment Precision Door kept in touch with us regarding the timing of the repair and when to expect the technician. We were fortunate to have Isaac Ward as our technician. Isaac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He offered us a number of repair options and explained what was involved and the cost. He completed the project quickly and much to our satisfaction. We can't recommend Isaac enough! He is an asset to Precision Door and, if we need repairs in the future, we will request Isaac. Thank you!

We wanted a quote for two new garage doors and two belt driven openers to replace our old and worn ones. Precision was able to send out someone the next day to help us with any questions and show us many options to fit our needs and budget. Luke was very helpful, courteous, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to show us the differences between the different hardware, and parts and explained why some are better than others and what makes them a better value and longer lasting.

Chris called 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time to ask if he could arrive early. After arriving, he examined the problem and explained to me what he thought would fix the problem. After agreeing to the repairs necessary, he completed the job within the hour. The finished door and parts were better than new. I would highly recommend Chris and Precision door.
