My garage door had come off the track during the recent cold spell. I am a senior and there was no way I could fix this. I had called another company but after 2 hours they had not called me back so I called Precision. They responded promptly, sending someone within 2 hours to fix it for me. Luke was courteous, efficient and caring. He told me what was needed to fix the immediate problem and the cost. He also told me what could be done in the future as my system is over 30 years old. He put the door back on track and greased all the wheels and axles so it would run smoothly. He called ahead, arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly. I cannot praise Luke enough for the job he did.
