Excellent communication from setting up the repair appointment, to tracking the technician's van, to getting email receipts. I got an appointment the same day and the agreed upon repairs were done efficiently. Brian was very detailed with his explanation of the various repair options available to us. No pressure to agree more than I we wanted done at the time. Brian was very polite and professional. He did a thorough and neat job. Very happy with this company. Highly recommend them.

Your tech David was very professional and courteous. We had an early appointment he called to let us know what time he would arrive. He performed his inspection and showed us what was causing the problem and what had to be done to correct it. After completing the work, he cleaned up and left the garage spotless.

It is always a good thing, nay, an outstanding thing, whenever anyone works heartily and pleasantly beyond the call of duty. Such has been my experience working with Precision Door employees Tim, Isaac, and Tom, steer-headed by Monica from headquarters, to install two lovely garage doors at my Valley Cottage residence. I chose Precision based on their website, which I found well laid out and educational. I called for a repair and made an appointment easily and promptly. I knew that I would need new doors as mine were old and a repair would be almost as much as a new door and motor. Vince arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable, and educated me on springs and doors, basically validated all of my prior research. He gave me a very competitive price on new doors and lifts. The reason I gave only 4 stars is that I do not have standard size doors, so they need to be trimmed down to size. When installation day came, kudos to the installers for measuring first before taking down old doors, realizing the doors were not trimmed. I guess a miscommunication happened somewhere down the line. It took another week before the doors were installed. Another set of installers just as nice and knowledgeable as the first pair came and did the install. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. It was a snowy day and one of them even shoveled my path. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs and install.
