I had a unique situation where I was not at home for the service call. We were expecting a snow storm and I wanted to get my car back into my garage ASAP. Jesse called me and offered to come earlier. He came earlier than scheduled and called me through every inch of the repair. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me and we coordinated the repairs remotely. I never had any lack of confidence in his honesty or knowledge. The garage was repaired st a reasonable cost I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.
