the facts that it was a 24/7 day business and the fact of multiple ofices in the four counties of the Hudson valley. THE SERVICE WAS DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS . mY CABLE HAD BROKEN AND jESSE OUR SERVICE MAN OF THE DAY, WAS HERe VERY EARLY WE NEEDED NEW CABLES, ROLLER, and of course the installation of same . Jesse has done an excellant job . I do recomend precision repair for others in the area.
