When my garage door malfunctioned and derailed, I thought I had a major headache and big problem to ad to my to-do list. Precision Door Service was the first and best solution that came my way. I made a phone call and after speaking to their very considerate representative I had my problem resolved less than 24 hours later. Luke arrived with everything needed to repair my springs, cables and tracks. Now my garage door is running super smooth and quiet. I feel like I have a whole new installation and can look forward to feeling confident that my door will be in good shape for years to come.

The experience I had with Precision Doors was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. The customer service professionals I spoke to on the phone for ordering and scheduling were always available, maintained contact, and were pleasant to deal with. I worked with two techs, one for a quote and another for installation, and both were totally professional and friendly. The status updates on the days that they arrived (with pictures and real time tracking provided via text and email) were helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. On top of all of this, I love the doors and motors I got, and the prices were affordable and fair. There's nothing I would change about my experience. I honestly could not have asked for anything more and i will DEFINITELY be recommending this company to others.
