Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

The technician was excellent. However, what you charged was not! It was a complete rip-off! I wanted 2 extension springs replaced. The technician told me that it would cost $800!!! Seriously are your extension springs made out of gold? I said absolutely not! So he called you and then the new price was $400!!! Was I supposed to feel better that you started with a bogus price of $800 and then miraculously cut the price in half?? Shame on you and Precision for taking advantage of senior citizens on fixed incomes!! Very disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself!

I called to have an old garage opener replaced and the tech Isaac Ward was awesome!! He came over told me the whole process and would be able to get it done in a few hours that same day! Isaac got it done and even program my other door on the new remote control! Very Happy with me purchase!

I am very disappointed with the service I received.When I initially called for service I was URGED by your associate to buy a package in lieu of repairing the old motor. She stated "Precision could only warranty the service with new parts". So, I agreed to paying $450 for an opener that retails for $128. I completely understand the labor costs etc. The technician tried to sell me another $900package that would include replacing springs, rollers, cables etc. I declined. Now, for the $450 opener. The technician DID NOT REPLACE: Motion sensors Chain Rail Wiring to push button opener I did NOT receive: Key Pad ( I called, tech came back at 7:30pm last night to install) My Q Keypad ( I paid for it! Where is it? ) The OLD rail was not lubed. My other garage door was not programmed. I closing, I was told in order for your company to guarantee it's work the parts needed to be replaced. The parts were not replaced nor did I receive everything I paid for. Thank goodness, I declined your other $900 package.
