Luke visited my home this morning and was wonderful. He evaluated all aspects of my garage door and garage door opener. Not only did he repair the problem but he made adjustments to almost all parts. Luke was very courteous and professional to boot!

I had Precision out to service a door that wasn't closing properly, and I'm very pleased with the results. My technician Chris was courteous, informative and very thorough. He took the time to explain the issues that I was encountering and offered several options for mitigation without pressuring to select the highest cost. I appreciated his good nature and knowledge. Should I need more garage door work done, I will likely call Precision again.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give a 10 to the two repairmen who came to fix my garage door opener. They were true professionals with a very pleasant attitude in spite of the fact that it was quite late in the day, from 5:30 to 7:30.
