The company answered on a Saturday morning when our garage door wouldn't open. They were on site VERY quickly, and by Saturday noon we were back in business. The response, the analysis, speed of repair was awesome! We had a clear explanation of the problem and proposed fix, etc. very quickly. Replaced broken tension spring along with installing worn out parts and new hinges that were never installed originally. Arnold did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing. The original contractors install was not done properly which contributed to the door eventually breaking.

The service was excellent. Very quick response. Our technician Baylor was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Baylor called prior to arrival within the time the appointment was set for. He explained and showed me what the problem was and how it would be fixed. Baylor also gave me a price and time it would take to complete the work for approval. Baylor finished the project in less time than projected. Baylor cleaned up after the project was completed. Very happy with the work that was done.Highly recommend.

I only have good things to say about this company. They scheduled us for a Saturday install no problem. The installer Rob was awesome. He took the time to explain many things and I ended up not using the Genie opener I had purchased on Amazon. I went with a higher rated Genie. Rob was efficient, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and fast! He is a great representative for Precision.

I called for a repair to my garage door. Chris Johnson came on a Sunday! He explained to me that was a normal work day as they rotate days off. He was excellent in his mechanical knowledge of door’s& associated moving parts. He inspected all parts and replaced worn out ones. He left me with a ( reconditioned door).
