New Port Richey Florida - It was the day before Hurricane Helene was due to arrive in Tampabay. Garage Door would not open- car stuck outside garage- My 88 year old mother in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and her Down syndrome son beside themselves with worry. Precision Garage Door sent out Mr. Chris Johnson –and he was the absolute best employee and person. Chris Johnson was gracious, kind, efficient, fast, and flawless in his work. I learned Chris had to go and secure both his and his girlfriends homes, both of which are very near the Gulf. Employees and human beings like Chris are hard to find and they are a Gem. Thank you Chris! Hurricane Helene devastated Tampabay and the entire Gulf Coast. Pretty much everybody who lives within the first seven to nine blocks off of the Gulf of Mexico got over two feet of water inside of their homes businesses. Thank you Precision! Thank You Chris! I chose Precision because of television ads that stated customers would not be sold something they didn't need. That was important to me. I was very happy with the repair on my garage door. David Crowe inspected the door and then gave a detailed explanation about why it wasn't working and what would be needed to make the repair. I appreciated the fact that I was able to decide what I wanted him to do today, and what I might consider having done in the future, no pressure. Within an hour, the door was repaired and working better than it has in years. It was easy to schedule the repair, and David showed up right on time. I will definitely use Precision for any future garage door repairs.

Arnold was my installer. I actually expected the shock of a broken garage door spring to be met with an even greater shock of the high cost of repair, not to mention several hours of my day taken up with the whole ordeal. To my surprise I received a call with an offer to arrive much earlier for the initial inspection. That made my day a little bit better. The technician showed up and took me through all the work that would be needed on my old worn out system. I was not beat up with the price, my greatest fear, but charged a fair amount for all the work and parts that had to be replaced. The tech was the best, I am sorry but I believe his name was Chris, but not positive.

Called at 7pm the night the door broke. They had a technician there the next morning at 10am. He looked over the situation checked to make sure he had all parts on truck which he did gave me the estimate and two hours later the job was completed. The technicians name was Jackson very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

I chose Precision Garage Door since almost every other neighbor in my community has used this company for their wonderful services and they more than met my expectations. I completed a request for an appt on their website and within an hour someone had returned my request. There was a technician already in my neighborhood so Luke was dispatched and at my house in 30 min. He accessed my issues and gave me exactly how much it would cost to fix. Luke was knowledgeable and very courteous. He completed the job timely and then went over all the instructions on how to use my new garage door opener. This was actually a very pleasant experience and I will suggest everyone use this company.
