I can't say enough good about Precision Garage Door. My door was damaged in the flood and Robert Clausen came right out to evaluate and give me an estimate. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable and set me up for next day installation. The guys who installed the door were very prompt, knowledgeable and skilled. All in all, I would definitely recommend them for any garage door needs.

From calling to make an appointment to Derik as our technician it was a rarity theses days; a great experience! I looked for garage door repair on-line and came across Precision, read the reviews and checked out their website. The website is great and had a lot of information. I would recommend them 100% ! Derik was here in the time frame for the appt., took care of the problem in a short amount of time and was knowledgeable and friendly . I liked that they are local and BBB rated. Great experience...my automobile was trapped in garage... weekend... Saturday...called a 24 hour service ...I was promised someone late Saturday... no show...called them Sunday morning...felt like I was going to be let down again and cancelled... I called Precision... like night and day experience...we can have someone out this afternoon ...Sunday... you did ... I felt confident you would not let me down... You sent out Nick Rossi...a gem of a young man! He fixed the problem and made suggestions on how to get more "ups and downs" out of the door...I had no problem with his recommendations... I told him....if you can do it ...DO IT...he did and I gladly handed him a check for a job well done... thank you! ...a garage door with "Precision Service" personnel has earned you enthusiastic referrals! Am so happy with Ryan's timeliness on a Saturday morning, he arrived right to the minute. He saw what my problem was, it was minor, and he then serviced the garage door which took just a matter of minutes. His manner was respectful, friendly, and so very helpful!
