I backed into my garage door as it was opening, however wasn't all the way up so unfortunately I ran into the door with my vehicle. Stupid stupid - an expensive mistake. I called Precision and Josh came, we discussed what he would be able to do (without replacing entire door), plus I decided to get rollers replaced and some hinges too. Josh completed all work in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

Very expensive. Good job but very expensive. The technician Arnold Simpson was very knowledgeable and did a good job, I thought there was a veterans discount but i guess I was wrong. I would look elsewhere next time because of the price.

Have always used Precision Door. They are dependable, reliable and very professional. Our spring went on our garage door and we could not open the double door to get cars out. This happened late in the day but they were here by 10:00 the next morning and fixed us right up. Josh Hink is the best. Knows his stuff and got right to it. Seeing we have a large, hurricane rated door, he suggested a quieter, and better motor. We are having it replaced next week. Thanks for always doing a great job Josh! I needed both torsion springs replaced and technician was fast and very polite. This is 3 rd time the springs have needed replacement in 40 years. Price was right and had next day service, other companies quoted me a price almost 3 times as much and couldn’t get to me for at least 2 weeks. Precision has a customer for life.
