Jesus DiMasse of Precision Garage did our service call today. He called before he came and once here, reviewed the work we had requested. Explained exactly what he was going to do; provided a written estimate, and once we approved, he got to work immediately. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Once completed, walked us through the operation and provided us the final invoice through e-mail. We ONLY use Precision Door for our garage doors and maintenance.

I was having a problem with my Genie garage door opener and was told that the door balance was off and to have that looked at. The Genie website had recommended Precision and since it is a name I was very familiar with (via reputation and commercials) I gave them a call. They could have had someone out the same night if I wanted, but since it was not an emergency I opted for an appointment the next morning. The technician, Josh was awesome! Very professional, polite and thorough. He called about 30 minutes before arriving and was beyond thorough and informative in his assessment of what my 20+ year old door needed. He was very efficient and attentive to his work as well as being personable. There was no high pressure sales pitches either. In the end, I am still having to contact Genie as the encoder is most likely still the problem, but some of the door components would not have lasted much longer anyway. Now, everything is brand new and quiet and guaranteed for 5 years. Also nice to deal with a pro military company! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door help.

I am intimidated by the quoite which the technician came up to replace the springs is over $800.00 plus other things tacked along to exceed the quote by $1,000. The original company who installed the doors quote upfront $315.00 to replace the springs which included the complete tuneup. I wish the Precision Garage door service was honest up front ane quoted reasonable price for the replacement of the springs on the garage doors. Honesty alway wins the game.

While driving I saw a van with Precision Garage Door and Remote advertizing. Just what I need! I called the number on the van, received a knowledgeable listener to my garage door issue, Fantastic! Within two hours, Technician Luke was at my house, diagnosing the issue within minutes, presenting options, and upon listening to my choice, installed a new garage door, with remotes, new keypad, thoroughly explaining each device, and WOW am I thrilled!!! They kept me updated on my technician’s arrival time as well. My technician, Alex, was prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
