Precision Garage Doors was able to come out the same day as we called and install a replace my broken spring with a brand new one at a reasonable price! The technician showed me all of the component options and pricing available and was super helpful. The replacement took just a little less than an hour. The whole experience was GREAT and totally reduced the stress involved in getting a repair like this done in a timely manner. Well worth the affordable price!!!!!

We contacted Precision today when the garage door spring broke, and we were unable to open the garage door to free my car. They told me that they would send someone and Craig Earle was here within an hour. Craig was excellent, and obviously knew just what to do, because he was done within the hour. I am happy with the service, but very unhappy with the $309.00 charge. Your technician was polite and knew what he was doing, but I personally find that the charge to re-program my remote unit and auto garage door opener to be beyond any customers expectations. I will NOT use Precision in the future.

Several years ago I had to get a new keypad and remotes and after seeing your commercials on tv, I called and scheduled a service call.
