The service technicians were promptly arrived the next morning were Carlos Morales and Ed L. these guys were true professionals, they were courteous, kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. After Carlos gave us a detailed price to repair our broken spring he also pointed out some other potential problems that we were facing with the system. This was done with no high pressure sales pitches, he gave us the option to pick the work that we wanted. We ended up replacing the entire system upgrading to a 3/4 Linear opener, upgraded coated springs, new super quiet rollers and even a outside key pad. We now have the quietest garage door on our road. All this work was done in a quick efficient manner, even sweeping up prior to leaving. Mr Rapp have done a great job in your screening and hiring practices, this customer appreciates it, as many others do from all the positive reviews. We will highly recommend to you to friends and family.
