I was referred to Precision Garage Door by my pool guy Tropic Pool. I called and made the appt and got in the next day. Josh called me and said he was 10 minutes out. In 10 minutes he rang my doorbell. He went over my whole garage door and then went over everything with me. Then he quoted me and we talked about my options. There was no pressure at all! I told him what I was willing to have done. Josh did a great job and in a very quick period of time. He then showed me all that he did. There was a bit of sticker shock but my door was put in in 1998 and needed what I put in. I would call them again if I had issues. Thanks Josh!!!

The tech was good, and knowledgeable. He installed the new motor and track just fine, and did some additional repairs to my existing tracks. No complaints there. But this company really screws you on parts costs. Compared to Home Depot prices : Pulley marked up 800%. Angle iron marked up 400%. Keypad marked up 120%. Steel cable marked up 400%.

garage door was clanging & banging...service tech showed up and explained what needed to be done and yearly maintenance schedule upkeep...after tightening a few selective bolts and screws, the noise was greatly reduced...he also explained why the problem existed in the first place as our ceiling is lower that specifications for the door...cudos...& thanks

I got a new garage door and opener. Rebecca was punctual, professional, caring and seemed to always have my best interests at heart. She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She gave me an excellent quote and communicated with me through the entire process. Jerry, (Gerald) was the installer and he showed up on time. Jerry did a great job, the guy know his business! He finished on time, took the time to explain everything about the new door and opener. He made sure to buff any minor stains or scratches on the door during installation and he wiped it clean when he finished. I was very impressed. Overall, I am very happy with my new garage door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
